When accounting for CO2 emissions it is important to know the biomass content of the fuels used. Biomass content is deemed to be ‘carbon neutral’ and therefore does not count in CO2 emissions. China and the USA have announced their ratification of the Paris Agreement on climate change ahead of the G20 meeting in Hangzhou, China.
